I roadie wrapped my Index tether once to put it away and suddenly I will never wrap a cable any other way again, an absolute game changer
it just… uncoils effortlessly? it doesn't tangle? you just pull the end away and you get a straightened out cable? witchtradecraft.
i feel similarly about roadie running. you will never catch me jogging upright ever again
There's another trick I wish I could still do that I learned from a former friend and boss who was a drummer, where you do this kind of over/under around your forearm and at the end you get this perfect little figure 8, and I wish I could still do it right but every time I try now I bungle it somehow.
