it's pretty simple! given;
- sharing a post takes you to
https://cohost.org/<your @>/post/compose?shareOfPostId=<post ID> - replying to an ask takes you to
https://cohost.org/<your @>/post/compose?responseToAskId=<ask ID>
well, you can specify both;
https://cohost.org/<your @>/post/compose?shareOfPostId=<post ID>&responseToAskId=<ask ID>
and it just kind of does what it should - obviously given this isn't exposed in any of cohost's UI, and the page gets a little weird in this state it's not necessarily an intended function of how posting works, so YMMV, no warranty, etc.
