Yes! You can configure a watch with a cool big virtual thing and then you can buy it as a prefab on booth which you can add to avatars and it displays the time in a way where everyone can see it. I don't remember the technical details and I've never tried that part but it's very official and cool. There isn't much to the world but worth a visit.
