what i do is declare "i am the captain of this ship!", where "this ship" can be "my human body" or "the kitchen" or "the apartment" or whatever else, there's lots of thing i haven't tried it with yet. and then i allow some embodied weight of charge, responsibility, authority to settle in. and then i do my fucking dishes!!!
