Thinking about lifting again and getting back into that, as I'm realizing how much I've neglected keeping myself fit. Earlier today I did a bit of random exercises with a pair of 10lb. dumbbells I have and, I gotta say, I miss the pump πͺ
I've forgotten how much building up muscle strength/endurance can go a loooong way, even if I end up lifting only a couple times a week or something. One of these days I'll get back into fighting shape π₯π₯
Besides, I gotta at least try to match my muscle mommy tiger self~ :P
