universe doing everything it can to kill my motivation. had a hard drive failure & windows 10 actually sucks so much for fangame/stg development. in win7 u could disable aero and it was fine but input delay as a feature u cant disable sure was a choice for newer windows
testing games in fullscreen mode seems to mostly fix the issue - except sometimes it randomly stops working, and rebooting fixes it again... but only sometimes....
ah. the cause is this mother fucker. when it appears it stops games from being in exclusive windowed mode and so adds 2-3 frames of input delay
