took a couple weeks break from splatoon and then tonight i played some shitty games on carbon deco. i played terribly in all of them, even the one where i would say i had bad matchups and still got highest kills on the team.
the one i was worst in, though, was the one i won. getting bombed or wailed out is normal, it happens sometimes. doing it twice a minute every minute? can't say i pull that off every day
it's a really obvious phenomenon in team games that you can play awful and still win. but that's not exclusive to team games, and it doesn't stop at mahjong or other kinds of "random" 1v1 or free for all games either. because you're not the only one deciding the outcome of the game. i've seen people tweet, "i know when i lose with [xrd] johnny, it's my fault" and stuff like that. no, it's not! even though it's johnny!
