ok so after a bit of watching this is becomes clear that the "World Record" is clearly a joke/blatant lie and the player isn't trying to be remotely fast/skillful about it, but then come to think of it a different World Record would require anybody else in the world to willingly put themselves through playing this so there's a good chance it stands
the title is a reference to this video from 15 years ago
(the joke is that i play through every stage instead of just the first one, hence "100%")

a few years ago i converted all the sfx to oggs and uploaded them, so you can click through them and listen to all the incredible fun noises
