this site is supposed to be full of people who know internet stuff, right? please i'm seriously in need of help. every time i use cytube, the chat keeps connecting and disconnecting on me, often within seconds of each other and its been happening for years ever since i moved into this new house and its just been so frustrating and shit to try and get it fixed and i don't know what to do

please i am spiraling over this and i am in desperate need of a solution

i just want to watch things with friends i'm just so tired of this

It looks like it's an ISP thing, since the chat in Cytube (iirc) is a simple temporary IRC room. I dunno enough about your current setup to diagnose it but I'd definitely look into your firewall since that might be it, along with turning off any VPNs you might be using. If you're NOT using a VPN, I recommend trying one since that might go around the issue if it's an ISP level thing. If you've added any specific permissions/whatnot into your Firewall in the past re: IRC it could be that as well. That's all I've got, but it's 100% an issue with how you're connecting to IRC

I've definitely never done anything to my firewall but at least its nice to have something closer to a solution. Thanks, man.
