What's better, if any, or feel free to add your own :)
A) Accidentally pooping your pull-ups despite trying your best to hold it and make it to the potty in time
B) Accidentally pooping your pull-ups because you forgot about the whole potty training thing for a second while you were distracted and just started to go as soon as you felt the urge out of habit, and you only remember when you're almost done
C) Accidentally pooping your pull-ups because you didn't realize you had to go and by the time you noticed (if you ever did notice at all) it was already too late
D) Pooping your pull-ups on purpose just because you really weren't feeling the whole potty thing right then and there.

B is definitely a good one! D comes close, but not quite?

Some alternate "on purpose" scenarios I do like though:

  • because mommy or daddy can't take me to the potty right now -- 'cause they're in the middle of cooking, or we're in the middle of the store, or in the car on our way somewhere -- and they reassure me that it's okay to just go in my diaper/pull-up, because holding it too long isn't good

  • early morning, i'm awake before the grownups, and i was told i can't wake them up until the numbers on the piece of paper match the ones on the clock. I don't know how long that is, but it's okay to just go in my pull-up or diaper

so yeah, like, i guess in a way I do favor on-purpose scenarios. I tend to be super constipated and anxious about it, so the combination of being encouraged to ask for the potty, but not being punished for not making it (and not making my tummy problems worse!) >w<
