Actually, yeah! In fact, in general it feels way different in other countries.
When I've been openly little in Spain or the US, it feels like people don't really care? At least, interactions are positive when I do have them! People think it's cute or endearing or whatever.
The only times abroad I've gotten negative comments about it was from Dutch people on holiday. People from this country are often labeled as being "direct", but it seems to usually boil down to only doing so when it's something negative. Culturally we're very obsessed with "acting normal".
Now, generally, I think overall people don't care, regardless of where you are. But what I'm counting are the absolute positive/negative interactions I've had, and that's just been a lot better in the US.
