I have no idea if I'm alone in this, but maybe it's just me and/or my workflow/needs, but ima say it. Premiere Pro sucks, or at the very least, feels redundant. Is that a hot take? I feel like I honestly just do all my editing in After Effects as it seems like less juggling stuff around. Unless you literally just had a pile of footage that didn't need any additional work done to it, is there literally any reason to use PP over AE?

Like, if I'm having to had effects and effect based edits to a video I'm editing down anyways, why would I just snip those parts in PP then move that over to AE to make the edit, then export that with Media Encoder, then move it back over to PP so I can put it all together? Why not just do it all in AE?
