itwas just essentially the mooshroom burger from the minecraft cookbook but .
onions mushrooms and garlic stir fried in butter and balsamic vinegar (light salt and pepper) for 7-10 minutes (i went for 10)
homemade garlic aioli (mayo, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper)
burger patty lightly salted and peppered as well cooked 8 minutes each side in the same pan as the mushrooms and whatnot w a piece of cheese melted over top
toasted the bun for 3 minutes then layered aioli, spinach, patty, mushrooms & onions, liittle more aioli on the top bun, and all of it squashed together. it mihgt be the best burger i've ever made
