Wrote this out in DMs for a friend of a friend and thought hey I should probably post it too. I was really flumoxed by how little is out there about this and I had to kinda piece it together through disparate articles and papers, so here's everything written out now that I've done it and found it to work

  • So the main trick is domperidone, an antinausea medication which is prescribed off lable for lactation induction. if you're in the states it's only purchasable through the grey market like InHouse Pharmacy, but it's over the counter in other countries. It is a medication so please look up the risks and weigh them and talk to your doctor
  • The dose is 20mg four times a day, but I'd suggest starting at just 20mg a day for a week just to make sure you don't react poorly to it. You will also need to start taking progesterone and to increase your estrogen. If you're able to get access to the birth control pill that would also do it (just skip the sugar pills ofc)
  • After 1-3 months of this (the longer the better, really just depends on how impatient you are) drop the estrogen to a low dose for three or so week but keep the progesterone and domperidone
  • At this point you'll need to start pumping to get things flowing. 5-10 minutes each side three to four times a day. I recommend the Elvie pump because it's cheap, wearable and hands free

And, in my experience at least, that should do it! As long as you keep up the pumping and the domperidone you should be able to lactate. In my experience doing this for a few months gave me more breast development than I got over the past few years of hrt, and also some really unique and fun scenes lol. I hope you have fun with it too!

in reply to @numberonebug's post:

My understanding is that it is pretty vital, the whole strategy is to mimic as closely as possible the hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy and that stimulate milk production. That boils down to a spike followed by a fall in estrogen levels that corresponds with high progesterone and prolactin levels.

You could give it a shot without that and see how it goes? Or introduce extra estrogen some other way on top of what you're taking? I am not a doctor and there is not much in terms of research around this so, like all body hacking, there is a large degree of "fuck around and see what happens"
