Fun conversation to have at 11am on a Monday:
"Did I speak with Mr Lindemann before?"
"No you spoke with me, I'm Ms. [Surname]"
"No I spoke to a man before"
"No you didn't, you spoke to me and I'm a woman"
"No I didn't"
"...yes you did, I'm the only employee here"
"Perhaps you didn't understand me, the person I spoke to was tall with red curly hair"
"Yes, that's me"
