I'm desperate to know more. What happened next? Had they sent this in a frame or rolled up in a cardboard tube? Are you still going to charge them money?
So I didn't even need to unwrap it from zhe plastic, it's an art print mounted on an MDF board, so I just write on zhe order slip 'Return to (shop name) and it'll sit around until next week when whoever is doing zhe delivery zhat day picks it up and takes it back. I was pretty sure it was a print just from a distance and holding it up to zhe light made it obvious
