oh yeah, in similar news: please read Bloody Rose by nicholas eames, you can totally skip Kings of the Wyld if the whole Dudes Rock Dad Fantasy pitch doesn't sound up your alley. i'm pretty sure the plot reveals work even if you go backwards later (<- idiot who played nier automata before replicant and was fine).
KotW is good! i enjoyed it! but damn, Bloody Rose was a fantastic time. if you want a book that just feels like a d&d session with some buddies this is it.
