I think most therapists now (especially those you can get on affordable insurance) are trained to help you work on specific, day-to-day negative symptoms but overall it’s pretty shallow and won’t give you much insight about who you are. CBT etc. are worthwhile if you have some surface-level problem causing you daily inconvenience that you want to work on, but if you’re looking to really dig down and figure yourself out that’s probably something you’re better off doing on your own haha
