Played through this Alkaline map this evening and was pretty impressed, especially considering the author built it as they were learning Trenchbroom. Encounter design isn't the tightest, but it's still satisfying to chew through.
It's apparently based on the Dark Souls 2 DLC 'Crown of the Sunken King', which I haven't played, but I can see it. Aside from the interconnectedness and occasional trap with a sense of humour, it also has that distinct style of turning rigid, pattern-heavy architecture into a playable space via subtle variation.
(also, ladders and narrow ledges)
