i love how i sometimes can't tell whether I've killed the Hoppers because it takes them a very long time to fall over
I kind of love them committing to the bit WRT maintaining the aesthetics. Ir's honestly unnerving to be like "aww he's just a little scrunkle, a little guy, wait why is he moving at me with menacing speed?"
Like, we have decades now of VG horror monsters are like "what if people, but a little fucked up" or "what if a child fucked with your display gamma". Straight up rejects that and goes "Shit's old, son. Have you ever wondered what it was like to be murdered by a scrimblo light stand/precision toaster art scribe?" Excellent, yes. These are my real anxieties.
