looks like me and my partner's SNAP/EBT benefits (aka food stamps) were not renewed for May 2024 and onwards. we've had these benefits since November 2023 and they've honestly been such a big help for keeping me and her fed. but... they're gone, without any notice, so i guess i need help. i hate asking for donations all the time but i don't know what to do. i'm already working a small job at the maximum that i can take, and my partner cannot work.
i'd also appreciate any sort of advice ya'll may have on contesting this or re-applying. it seems like the first 5 months were the "trial period"(?) and after the reapplication process in April they decided not to renew it. i just wasn't notified by mail or email that the benefits would be ending, they just... did not show up yesterday. i don't know what to do. honestly, i'm scared.
