An isekai but done as an anthology series when at the end of each episode, the protagonist gets hit by their local equivalent of a van (hovertruck, post-apocalyptic technical, horse cart, mammoth, etc), dies, and is isekai'd into the next episode's universe, where they will then solve that society's problems before dying on

Tearmoon Empire is about a terrible princess who gets rightfully executed by a guillotine and is isekaied back to her childhood. It's a big disappointment that they don't just go ahead and guillotine her a few more times before she learns her lessons.
