it happened again

(since my health has been improving since moving in the girls, i've been leaning heavily in a repeating to-do list; most of the tasks are simple, daily things, eat breakfast, eat lunch, eat dinner, feed the cats change the litter etc

the list always feels daunting in the morning, even if it's at least as much self-care as actual housework but it helps keep me from forgetting to do things/playing video games all day until suddenly i haven't eaten anything AND it's too late to get everything done)

it feels silly bc to-do lists are like, 101 "lifehacks" for living with ADHD but it just wasn't something i could keep up with when i was working full-time, it genuinely takes me all day to complete my modest tasks i can't also lease my body as capital for 40 hours a week
