i think i spend a lot of my time very angry. i think it's sort of unavoidable as someone who is multiply minoritised. but it's also very tiring, and when i was going back to archive posts from here and tumblr on to my dreamwidth journal, it kind of suddenly struck me how angry i am in a lot of them. and obviously there are horrible injustices in the world, but i don't want to be angry and hurting all the time. i don't want all of my writing on the minoritised cultures and languages i love to always have such a strong anger behind it.
trying to get more into writing longer articles and using my blog more, so here's my thoughts on the (mis)use of the word hiraeth.
