got an italian speaking exam tomorrow an i am so so anxious about it, i've missed a lot of my italian classes nd tbh i've been more focused on welsh and irish since they actually relate to my degree, and italian doesn't. i know this speaking exam is only one part o the ovrall grade for the module, but oh my god i feel so embarrassed when i make mistakes. i feel like i'm letting my lecturers down :( i know i'm not going to do great and it's too late now and i'm stressed

i'm exhausted and in pain all the time and it's making me so fed up and annoyed at every little thing that everyone does. i hate being disabled

gonna contact the local silver band even though i have never touched a brass instrument in my life bc apparently they let total beginngers join and they'll lend you an instrument
