biochemistry is such witchcraft and i love it for that. enzymes are so fucking dumb (see: incredible) what do you mean our body can synthesize the locks to particular keys we only have inherited memory of on a scale so small we were not even aware of their existence and potential mechanism let alone the shape and form for the vast majority of human history. and EVERYTHING can do this. its so neat. it scares me
