Just yesterday I was tossing some almonds to a crow who was grabbing something from a trash can (I carry a ziploc of almonds at all times for precisely this purpose) and that bird looked straight at me, then turned around and went back to getting goldfish crackers out of the trash.

A friend of his showed up a moment later and ate two almonds, then decided it was much better to spend his time fighting the first crow for goldfish crackers.
