don't worry, i'm still the number 2 (from math), i'm just now also a strange sort of bird. well, have been for a few months and am now deciding to test if i like having this as my profile picture more than my old one. gimmick posting will continue as normal but may include more bird noises. caw!!!

the deep lore here is that i've been considering setting this as my pfp since making it for this post (and then having that be the main reason i actually wanted to post the post), but seeing your change was the thing that made me think like, okay i should actually do this! seems to be going well so far ^^

so when you started making that icon, the intent wasn't for it to be a pfp from the get-go?
because, if so, then that's kind of... what happened for me???
i was doodling bnuny heads, and one had a nice clean shape that i thought would work well for schematic diagrams in my hopefully future posts about jackalope horns.
but i had to pick a colour for the schematics, and using cohost colours seemed fun and aesthetic — but then i tried my colours, and.. i was kind of 😳 when i saw it........ so i stole it from myself.
now i have to figure out whether to make a new bunny head for these diagrams, or whether to, just...... take the kind of funnier route of reusing now my pfp in my posts ehehehhhh
and while i'm already typing, when i saw that you had changed your pfp, my mind briefly considered a way for your old pfp to retain its legacy in your bio by revisiting an svg that i made from your pfp back in 2022 (a more two‑ish time) for a potential joke that i didn't share with you until now. 😅
but then i remembered that i'm basically taking blep's idea (and would probably be made less funny when it wasn't even your idea to begin with), so i'm presenting this anecdote about these instead..! 😅😅✨
all this said, if your previous pfp is sentimental enough for you, then its continued appearance could work well in a (currently thematically relevant) badge, or something??
assuming that you're even a badge-in-bio sort, anyway!

yeah, it's a similar story! i saw that those badges told you not to edit them, and figured i could edit it to have my fursona instead of the logo for the bit - so it was always meant to be a representation of me, but it was only after making it that i started to think, huh, this could actually make a good pfp! (also surely now that i've reused part of a post as my pfp you can reuse yours in a post)
the two in bio joke is amazing but it bothers me too much that I can't get it to align properly both on desktop and mobile lol (i tried centering both but the pronouns display is left-aligned on mobile for some reason). maybe i'll find a way to incorporate the old 2, but i think i prefer the relative minimalism.
