two

actually the number two IRL

Thanks for playing, everyone. I'll see you around.

not necessarily to use the paper for anything yourself, you'll probably only rarely have a use for blank paper, which is why people don't typically carry it around with them - the point is that if anybody around you ever needs a blank piece of paper but doesn't have one (for that reason), you will, and it's a small thing but i think there's something really nice in being able to help people like that. if you carry a laptop around already you can probably chuck some paper in with it - paper and laptop tend to be about the same size.

there are other things you can do this with - somebody will always need a pen or a bandaid or a charging cable or ibuprofen - and i recommend carrying those things too but blank paper is a niche i've accidentally found as something that very few people ever have on-hand. also it's lightweight and ubiquitous so as far as carrying things go it's an easy one to start with.

*or whatever the equivalent common paper size is where you are

(on the topic of non-standard paper sizes, i really love B6 (12.5x~18cm)! i find it's such a perfect middle ground between A5 & A6. i've got a little notebook in B6 permanently on my desk for jotting down notes or reminders and i love it dearly, open to a full B5 spread or folded over to B6)

yes! i love carrying around all sorts in my pockets (tissues, tape measure, pens, swiss army knife, basic medicine, plasters, spare masks, bags, etc). as the months get hotter for me, i'm going to be less able to wear my overstuffed coat without sweating myself to puddle status 😔 but it is truly the aspiration to become a walking chest of drawers with how many things i have on me. ready for any occasion!

this is the part where i will admit that i am usually carrying a whole backpack with me so i can carry all my Things without entirely stuffing my pockets lol
