But... the game could have only leaked from inside of Nintendo, so shouldn't Nintendo be looking for whoever let the game loose from them???
it's not about stopping the leak, it's about making sure that people know that nintendo has the legal right and ability to ruin their lives for even making it possible to infringe nintendo's intellectual property rights
