real "sure thing grandpa" grumbling but i've been playing Mamono Sweeper (マモノスイーパー) for roughly 14 years and the switch from flash over to html5 over the years has really left me wanting on the controls now present. to mark tiles you could use the 1-9 alphanumeric keys much like the modern version, however the flash version allowed you to use the A/D keys to cycle backwards and forwards through the numbers on the tile under your cursor. the modern version doesn't even let you use the numpad, which is a righteous shame, makes it tedious.
anyway for all the grumbling if you want a fun minesweeping game that forces you to uncover little monsters as you increase in level to uncover more powerful monsters (you do) i highly suggest checking it out
