dreamt i was in a gigantic mall that was like eight times as wide and tall as any normal mall. ate chicken and rice and later some pudding thing from the food courts while everyone watched a broadcast of a tabletop session being filmed in one of the stores. the session was all in black and white and all the players were in a death metal band.

That classic "Shopping Mass as Alien Megastructure" aesthetic. They just lend themselves so well to representing architecture that was created without regards for the the humans that now occupy them.
"stores should be able to buy from each other in a free for all concrete and tile jungle so that commerce can commence without all the pesky human element to it" my brain processing who knows what in my most vulnerable moments of rest
I once dreamt about coffeeshops large enough to be seen from orbit, called "great cafes"
I hope this mall had one of those
i most def recall walking though a buffet restaurant seating area while they were closing up and it was easily the size of a like a tanker ship, think i was in the wrong biome for the cafe plateaus
