there is a persisting rumbling coming from the walls that i share with a neighbor in the exact spot i would assume their air conditioner would reside for the past couple of weeks. all that is perfectly normal except i have Never heard anything like it in the past years i've been here which brings up the question if they simply were Never using it in a state where you simply cannot survive without it.
