sadly one of the only foodstuffs i cannot consume due to distaste (outright revulsion) is any form of coconut. no matter "how little" coconut milk is used in a curry i can and will taste it through everything else, that's the only thing i'm really sad about. dried coconut can fuck off for an objectively correct reason and that is that the texture is truly hideous.
the only other foodstuff i'm like this towards is marmalade and that's a "i will do a spew if i eat boiled bitter orange peels". absolute nightmare preserves.
