I've long held that you can pretty reliably peg someone's age by asking what they think's about to get played on the Media Cart. Not as a matter of intellectually thinking it through: What does your gut reflex tell you is about to be popped into that machine? I may as well out myself by saying that, for me, it's either The Lion King or Fern Gully.

alas my gut tells me that this thing will be left on tuned to nothing, wailing with the ultrasonic call of the cathode ray tube; the previous period physics class was watching a documentary on laserdisc and the teacher just turned off the player because they long ago lost the tv remote

never watched Isle of Flowers though, i remember vividly i was sick that day and didn't see it, for what i khow, is a brazilian shared experience watching that on school

I didn't miss Quest for Fire day though ( i was already 17s)

i honestly didn’t even know it was on tv until a few years ago. i always thought it was just one of those sets of tapes they would sell specifically to schools like those nature documentaries with the trippy old school 3d animation intro
