We have finished Ex-Arm! And now the bar is on the floor for all future shows we watch for the podcast, because Ex-Arm is easily the worst thing we've watched. Not much happens in these last 6 episodes, which means Austin and Danny get to use the knowledge they've gained from @gmmg to make all of the Ex-Arm and MGS4 comparison that no one asked for.

We've watched some bad shows over the years, but it's safe to say we have not watched anything bad in the way that Ex-Arm is bad. Join us as we work through our thoughts and feelings about the first half of this notoriously bad disaster of an anime.
Choo choo! Last stop on the OVA train (for now anyway) as we check out the classic 90s OVA, Gunsmith Cats. We had a rip-roaring with this short and sweet series about girls running around Anime Chicago shooting guys, throwing grenades, and driving cool cars.
Next time we'll be discussing the infamously bad 2021 anime, Ex-Arm. If you know, you know. If you don't, well, I guess we're all going to learn about it together with the first six episodes next time... BUT the gang is about to go on vacation, so that episode will be out on September 4th. Since the OVA only covers the first half of the manga, we did our due diligence and read through the manga to find out how things conclude for our three alien fighters. We also read the manga's first sequel, Alien 9 Emulators, which is pretty bad, and also it's sequel, Alien 9 Next which is even worse, but also, totally unfinished?
Look, we definitely did not appreciate the manga as much as we did the OVA, but we had a great talking through it and how it continues to go off the rails the longer it goes on. Enjoy!
