Did a full reread of Land of the Lustrous before tackling the final volume just now. Fuckin rips, dude. Yuri just don't get more toxic than this. Absolute towering artistic achievement of which I'm going to be in awe for decades to come. Funniest part is definitely the copy on the back of volume 2 which reads "The thrilling new manga for fans of Steven Universe!"

all timer series for sure. i definitely remember the Steven Universe connection trying to be made at the start and laughing about that. like, i guess it has gem people??
