i definitely don't go here (baseball) but the town near me was hosting a free historical base ball game (1864 rules, two separate words!) and i went out and watched it. everybody had vintage costumes and it was pretty fun to see. the game goes really fast when a hitter can get out on the first bounce lol. even better were the flyers handed out by the association explaining the rules and terminology. on the back were some old-timey base ball expressions. personally i think we should bring these back i want to hear sports commentators say he Grabbed the Leather in Style.
