I didn't get a ton of time to play the homestuck dwarf fortress mod but I'm surprised it went beyond just renaming stuff. They changed the music, redid a bit of the intro, added some UI elements, added Quadrants (DFHack shenanigans from what I can tell),most unique races and animals, and some material changes.
That was mainly from looking at a readme, worldgen and setting up a Prepare Carefully preset.
Now given this is DF v0.47 so compared to the Steam release it's pretty different even if you run it with DFHack's QoL stuff.
I think it generated valid Troll names? At least the first name. Seemed to have a little trouble keeping the surname at 6 characters.
Oh, and it assigned every Troll their own classpect. I don't know what gameplay effect that would actually have, but I thought it was cool.
