When I leave this job there's a few things I'll miss, I won't lie.
Out of any other job I've had, period, the dynamic has been totally different. While I am there to help, people are there on my time. "At your discretion" is said about quite a few things and once contracts are signed all bets are off.
I've learned that if you're following SOP to the letter you'll be a total asshole in some cases. That said, I've learned I'm easily emotionally manipulated.
