Been thinking about the screen actors guild thing with the newest hotness being suggested being AI SCABS.
Imagine for a second a big company bites, right? Say Disney or something.
Now as an idea it's absolutely insane I don't care how many lawyers you throw at it because like many things it starts to snowball into using more and more until the "reasonable human input" defense doesn't work anymore.
So there's a few pieces of media I know of that were almost lost media because the creators lost the rights to some content used in it and they didn't go back and change it for one reason or another.
Imagine doing that but for years of AI generated Disney shit. Just abandoned because they'd have to go back and replace essentially entire shows.
