if your advertisement interrupts my video or stream, i'll take it as a personal insult and go out of my way to not perceive your ad in any way possible. if i happen to see/hear your product/business name, i will hold a lifelong grudge
If you're the insufferable bastard company that's paid for mid-roll advertising, I will go out of my way to avoid your product and/or services as much as is humanly possible. You do not comprehend the depths of my pettiness. You are not aware of me, but I hate you intensely, and the cents it took to waste my time were at least wasted from your budget as well.
