Mine works fine if I print from my phone but if I try from my computer, it won't work unless I do the connection checker program, which tells me everything is fine! Nothing to see here! But it won't work if I don't run that first so lol
I haven't printed enough to learn my printer's quirks but my gf did say something about how there's less trouble printing from an app then... opening something... and clicking "print" 🙃
I have an Epson Ecotank so it's the Epson app on my android phone.
My theory is Big Printer puts all their resources into making sure their "xerox machine" type office printers work 99% of the time because the average office worker wouldn't know what to do if they don't work, so they have no bandwidth to ensure home printers work most of the time lol
