Teriyaki meatballs were quick to make. Used Impossible burger ground and it didn't seem to cause much issue with the recipe. I oiled the pan for the frying step before the oven. And because I balled them too small, I shortened the baking time.
I noticed the teriyaki sauce ingredients were a bit odd in that it uses maple syrup and no sake or mirin.
Also, the broccoli was just roasted and coated with a tiny bit of oyster sauce.
