This week marked the beginning of Scanline Media's Gimmick Awards! If you haven't been to our site before, we do annual GOTY awards a little different than most sites: we wait a month or so before looking at the year in review, giving us enough time to produce several write-ups and podcasts without getting sucked into the holiday rush.

Anyway, on Monday, our first Gimmick Award podcast for 2022 dropped! We worked with Kyrie and Six to determine our Best Surprise from the year.
