A year apart

I had to check the dates of the first one because I was pretty sure it was around this time of year I did my other vox. It was March 29th, so close lmao

Like it's a world of difference, not because I see myself as cracking down and drawing a lot last year (i really feel like I barely drew at all!!!), but because I started forcing myself to have the confidence to sit my ass down and attempt ambitious, finished pieces. THE POWERS ALWAYS BEEN THERE.... I'VE JUST BEEN TOO SCARED TO DOUBLE CHECK AND FIND OUT IT WASN'T

#This is my third fancy piece... And the last two were last sept #Happy to see I retained some of that knowledge

The absolute difference in lighting, shading, and coloring in general.... The two have their own vibes and perhaps the background of the first one has its own appeal, but the latest Vox has such undeniable power!!! A very clear step up in detail and presentation, thanks to the strength that comes with CONFIDENCE AND AN INDOMITABLE DESIRE TO ILLUSTRATE!!!
