Last week, I wrote a story about the history of supersonic passenger travel, the challenges it faced to be profitable and safe (leading to the ultimate demise of the Soviet Tupolev and the European Concorde), plus all the problems that everyone trying to bring supersonic passenger jets face today.
This week, I'm capping this two-parter with a story about the four (arguably) largest players in the SST space, how close they are to actually getting a working jet off the ground, and what problems they'll actually acknowledge (and which one's they're just shoving under the rug).
