CIB are superior to Burst Cannons, absolutely, but for one less shot, Missile Pods have nearly double threat range, and double damage.
CIBs win because rule of cool :p
Still salty they've nerfed Pulse Carbines to basically not matter. Not even a proper ability to use their inbuilt grenade launchers. 🥲
