if you're looking for a new browser, i actually really highly recommend vivaldi, it's led by the guy who used to make opera before opera went off the capitalism deep end, and basically every new update is neutral to pretty good, including built-in adblocking and tracker blocking, it works with chrome addons, and if you care about that kind of thing, they have a bespoke mastodon instance and browser integration
