I forgot how long I boiled my eggs for. Granted this is really only an issue going one way on the time scale (a three-minute egg sucks on a sandwich) and can be easily rectified by giving them more time, but somehow I still can't escape the nagging feeling that I am going to end up with a three-minute egg anyway
